I decided on the name Sugar'N'Soul because it captures the essence of my business, which offers homemade desserts and soul food.The word "sugar" is commonly associated with sweetness and indulgence, which is exactly what my customer's who I like to refer to as guest, can expect from the desserts on offer. The word "soul" adds a deeper layer of meaning, suggesting that the food is prepared with care and passion, and is intended to nourish not just the body, but also the spirit.
